In light of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“HKEX”)’s implementation of the arrangements that allow Hong Kong's securities and derivatives markets to remain open and operational during severe weather conditions1 without any delays or suspension of trading from 23 September 2024, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, acting as the company's broker for share incentive plan(s), and Computershare Hong Kong Trustees Limited, serving as the trustee of employee benefit trust(s) (if applicable) (collectively referred to as “Computershare”), will conduct our services in a fully digital and remote manner during severe weather conditions. This approach ensures smooth trading operations while prioritizing the safety of our employees.

During SWT days, we will strive to maintain a level of service comparable to that of regular trading days whenever feasible.

Please note that during SWT days, the physical outlets of HKSCC and share registrars will be closed. Consequently, CCASS depository services and physical certificate issuance/printing services will not be available.
