Option 1 : Donation by Cheque
The cheque should be crossed and made payable to “COMPUTERSHARE HONG KONG INVESTOR SERVICES LIMITED” and quoted the name of donor and marked “donation to Trek Nepal” at the back of the cheque. The cheque mail to 46F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
Option 2 : Donation by Remittance/Transfer
Payment by remittance/transfer should be deposit to our bank account number 004-002-530319-003 maintained with the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd, 1 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong, SWIFT Code: HSBCHKHHHKH, followed by a confirmation for the attention of Finance Department by email HKReceivable@computershare.com.hk or fax (852) 3186 2851. The confirmation must be quoted the name of donor and stated that bank in money is the “donation to Trek Nepal”.
*Conditions:
- 24 golfers will play in Stableford competition format on Friday, 3 May 2019
- Computershare will cover all golf relevant fees including greens fees, cart fees, lunch buffet, daily locker and practice balls.
- Each group will consist of four players, grouping will be decided by Computershare
- Contingency Plan: Whenever bad weather or accidental situations occur, Computershare will announce at least a day before the event and it will be postponed to 10, May 2019
