Screening
Our Talent Acquisition team will assess your application. They will be looking at your background, skills, experience as well as the specific knowledge you can bring to the role.
Online assessment
You may be asked to complete some online assessments These are are designed around the specific skills required for the role you have applied for.
Interview
You'll be invited to interview either in-person or virtually with a member of our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers within the business unit. You'll have the chance to ask us questions to ensure we're great fit for you too.
Offer
It’s almost time for congratulations! You’ll be invited to look over your offer of employment and if everything is in order, after signing the offer document online, we can start preparing you for your first day.
Onboarding
Based on your role and where it is located our team will ensure all necessary screening checks are completed, keeping you informed along the way. Our digital onboarding will then walk you through each of the steps you need to complete to help you prepare for your first day.
