Mark is responsible for our Issuer Services business in the UK, South Africa and Ireland, comprising share registration, governance services and a range of Issuer Services offerings. Michael Sansom
Michael has worked in Computershare’s UK registry business for more than 20 years, directly managing or overseeing teams of staff responsible for the provision of high-quality services to issuers, from non-listed companies to FTSE100s with complex service requirements. He has an excellent understanding of Computershare’s business and capabilities and is experienced at working with customers to develop and implement long-term shareholder strategies utilising market and customer insight. Michael is a qualified Company Secretary and leads the efforts of the UK business to monitor and influence local market and EU legislative developments that may impact issuers, their shareholders or our services. He represents Computershare on a number of external bodies and industry working groups. Maddie has a wealth of experience advising on and delivering practical corporate governance solutions.
