We are thrilled to share the exciting highlights from our yearly Issuer Update, which took place on the 7th of December 2023 at the SIX ConventionPoint in Zurich. This year's event centered around the topic of "New technologies for high-quality stakeholder relations."
In addition to the physical attendees, we were delighted to welcome numerous online participants through our innovative Shareholder Meeting Solution. This allowed us to connect with a wider audience and foster meaningful engagement.
The past years felt much like a rollercoaster with unexpected changes, twists and turns coming at us every other day. This means dealing with a lot of uncertainty for us as individuals but also for companies.
One of the issues companies face in these challenging times is trying to break from the rigid systems they are stuck in and embrace the change and the opportunities transformation can provide.
During the event, Marc Kaiser from Baloise Group shared their approach to modern stakeholderism, highlighting how they capture, address, and master these challenges to transform from a rigid to a pivotal organization. Their insights provided valuable inspiration for all attendees.
The event was organized in collaboration with our respected partner, the Center for Corporate Reporting. It also featured the presentation of a recently launched survey among Swiss corporates, shedding light on current trends and perspectives. Additionally, a panel discussion took place, featuring representatives from Niederer Kraft Frey and Georgeson, who shared their expertise and insights.
