Accessibility

We strive to recruit a diverse workforce and want every person who joins our team to feel welcome. We’re committed to creating an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates and understand the importance of adapting our practices to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity.

Our commitment

We’re dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace. We invite applications from people of all backgrounds to apply and contribute to our success.

Accommodations can be requested. If you require an accommodation or adjustment during our recruitment process, please find more information below or reach out to our Talent Acquisition team who will confidentially discuss and support your needs. This includes:

  • The way information is presented (e.g. text)
  • The way you are asked to respond (e.g. writing, speech)
  • The characteristics of the setting (e.g. noise, lighting)
  • The timing and scheduling of instruction (e.g. time of day, length of interview)

We regularly review our recruitment practices to identify and remove barriers, please find more information below.

    Preparing for in-person interviews

We want to enable you to be your best and encourage you to reach out to our team in advance of your interview with us, should you need to. We can help answer queries you may have around office accessibility, advise on any activities planned during the interview or help with accommodations you may need. You only need to share what you are comfortable with sharing for us to support your request.

    Preparing for virtual interviews

We use two platforms for virtual interviews: Microsoft Teams and Entelo ConveyIQ. Microsoft Teams has additional functionality such as live subtitles that can be used to help accommodate specific requirements.

Guidance on how to use this platform is available from Microsoft.

Entelo ConveyIQ hosts digital and live group interviews. Their help centre provides in-depth information to help you prepare. Find out more.

    Preparing for online assessments

We utilise various platforms for conducting online assessments for our roles, including SHL and Korn Ferry. Korn Ferry’s psychometric tests are designed for online delivery, allowing test takers to complete them at a convenient time and location. These adaptive tests are designed to accommodate necessary and reasonable modifications.
