Text message alerts now available on your stock plan account​​​​

Computershare, the administrator of your company's stock plan, now offers text message alerts to help you stay informed when certain events happen on your account. The messages are sent right to your mobile phone. There is no charge for this service. However, message and data charges from your mobile phone service provider may apply.​​

To get started, log in to your Employee Online account either at https://www-us.computershare.com/Employee or through your company's intranet (if available). Depending on the type of employee plans your company has with Computershare, after login, you will either go to the My Holdings page or the Employee Portfolio page. Sign up for SMS alerts is accessed from the Employee Portfolio page. Follow the instructions below to get signed up.


ON-SCREEN ALERT SIGN-UP
After login, you may receive an on-screen alert inviting you to enroll in the program, such as the one below.If you don’t see an on-screen alert, please proceed to the steps below.​​

STEP 1 - MY HOLDINGS PAGE
After login, if you see a screen similar to the one below with only two menu items at the top, My Holdings and Participant Education, you are on the My Holdings Page. To get to the Employee Portfolio page, click on the VIEW button next to Employee Share Plans (the name of your stock plan may differ). If you see a screen different from the one below, skip to step 3.


 


 


STEP 2 - EMPLOYEE PORTFOLIO PAGE
After login, if you see a screen similar to the one below with multiple menu items, including My Holdings, Transact and History, then you are on the Employee Portfolio page where you can sign up for SMS alerts.


 


STEP 3 - ENROLL IN SMS
Enroll by clicking the MY PROFILE button, and then the Text Communications panel on the next screen.​ Follow the simple, on-screen instructions, and you're all set!
