Mark Cleland
With 20 years’ experience in the industry, Mark joined Computershare in 2019. Mark is responsible for our Issuer Services business in the UK, South Africa and Ireland, comprising share registration, governance services and a range of Issuer Services offerings. Jay Foley
Jay is the Managing Director of Computershare’s Employee Share Plans business for the EMEA region and is based in our London office. Jay has been with Computershare since 2013, following the acquisition of the Morgan Stanley Employee Share Plans business where he was the Managing Director for EMEA. Prior to that Jay was leading the Citigroup Employee Share Plans business from London between 2004 - 2009. Jay has been in Europe since 2003, when he moved from New York to set up and lead the employee share plans business operations in Barcelona, Spain and London. Andrew Jones
Andrew joined Computershare in 2014 as part of the acquisition of Homeloan Management Limited (HML), which has now rebranded as part of the Computershare family. Before taking over as CEO of HML in October 2011, Andrew was Chief Operations Officer responsible for all aspects of operations and IT. Andrew has extensive experience of delivering large-scale business change across mortgage servicing and wider financial services. During Andrew’s tenure, he has overseen the appointment by the UK government of Computershare Loan Services to service the mortgages of UK Asset Resolution, as well as the decision of several new entrants to choose us as their mortgage servicing partner. Following the completion of an MBA, Andrew joined Accenture, initially leading a number of IT-enabled change programmes in the automotive industry before moving into financial services (insurance and banking) in the late 90s. Before joining HML in 2006, Andrew spent six years rebuilding National Australia Bank’s UK Insurance business, driving a threefold increase in income and a significant reduction in cost.CEO, Georgeson Corporate Advisory
Cas Sydorowitz
Cas is responsible for Georgeson’s Northern European Proxy and Corporate Advisory business and has been with Georgeson for over 15 years. Cas has an expert knowledge of proxy voting mechanics and key governance matters affecting issuers and shareholders globally. Having worked for several activists, and against many more, he has in-depth experience to support investors or issuers in complex, sensitive activist campaigns. Cas remains an ongoing advisor to the UK Department of Business, Innovations and Skills as well as the UK Takeover Panel and the London Stock Exchange on various corporate actions and proxy-related matters.
