This past February, we launched our Client Advisory Board in Melbourne, bringing together industry leaders for strategic conversation and collaboration.
The event also provided clients with an exclusive look at our latest research on emerging technology and our key findings on its impact on customer communications. We also ran collaborative exercises, sparking some meaningful discussions. Attendees were enthusiastic, engaged and provided valuable feedback.
A month later, the Client Advisory Board event kicked off in Sydney. The format was similar to Melbourne, with over 20 clients representing a range of industries. The conversations and discussions were robust and engaging.
Planning is underway for our virtual session planned for those unable to attend in person. We’ve formed the board with the intention of engaging with clients, deepening our understanding of your experiences, working together to solve business challenges, and as a platform for ongoing strategic discussions.
